Locations impacted include Washington Court House, Sabina, Jamestown, Jeffersonville, Bloomingburg, Wilberforce, New Jasper, Staunton, Good Hope, Bowersville, Port William, Milledgeville, Octa, Paintersville, Melvin, Interstate 71 at State Route 38, Rosemoor, Lumberton, Madison Mills, and Rock Mills. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 49 and 78.
