Description

What: South to southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
Where: White Pine, Southeastern Elko, Northeastern Nye, and Northwestern Nye Counties.
When: From 11 AM Saturday to 5 AM PDT Monday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds Saturday afternoon could cause blowing dust to reduce visibility to one mile or less in spots.

Recommended Action

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Secure outdoor objects.
