When: From 6 AM to 6 PM MDT Friday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Additional Details: The strongest winds will be over the western slopes of the Franklins, Huecos and the southeastern corner of Otero county.
