Where: Portions of northern, central, and west central New Mexico.
When: From Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour Tuesday afternoon and evening.
