At 517 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles south of Halsey, or 20 miles southeast of Thedford, moving northeast at 25 mph.
Hazard: Nickel size hail.

Impact: Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include Brewster, Dunning, Halsey, Linscott, and Hawley Flats. This includes Highway 2 between mile markers 227 and 247.
