Where: Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Harrison, Monona, Pottawattamie and Shelby and Nebraska, including the following counties, Burt, Cuming, Dodge, Thurston and Washington.
When: Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
