What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
Where: Salt Creek near Ashland.
When: Until Saturday morning.
Impacts: At 21.0 feet, Local levees along the river are threatened with overtopping. In addition, substantial damages are occurring at the campground near Highway 6.
