The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in NebraskaMissouri Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties. Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison Counties.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Missouri River at Rulo.
When: From late Thursday night to Monday morning.
Impacts: At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood.
Additional Details: - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4 feet early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 20.4 feet on 06/20/1990. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
