Critical Fire Weather Conditions Likely On Saturday: The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM CDT Saturday.
Wind: Northeast 10 to 20 mph.
Humidity: As low as 20 percent.
Impacts: The combination of a dry airmass and dry fuels will result in critical fire weather conditions. Wildfires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning should not be attempted.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
