Impacts: At 22.0 feet, flooding of lowlands continues and some roads in low lying areas become cut off by high water.
Additional Details: - At 9:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late Saturday evening and continue rising to 23.0 feet Monday evening.
