Where: Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Atchison KS and Missouri, including the following areas, Adair, Buchanan, Daviess, De Kalb, Grundy, Mercer, Putnam, Schuyler and Sullivan.
When: Through late tonight.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
