Description

The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri North Fabius River near Ewing. Mid Fork Salt River near Holliday. Middle Fabius River near Ewing. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: North Fabius River near Ewing.
When: From Thursday morning to Sunday evening.
Impacts: At 14.0 feet, Left bank begins to flood near Monticello.
Additional Details: - At 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 14.1 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Recommended Action

Impacts: At 15.7 feet, Right bank overflows upstream of bridge near the gage.
Additional Details: - At 10:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 4.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning to a crest of 15.5 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
