What: Heat index values 95 to 100 expected this afternoon and early evening.
Where: Wadena and East Otter Tail Counties.
When: From 11 AM this morning to 9 PM CDT this evening.
Impacts: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
