Impacts: At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding near the river.
Additional Details: - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage early Sunday afternoon and continue rising to 15.5 feet Monday morning.
