When: Until 1215 PM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 818 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3+ inches of rain have fallen so far this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts, are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Should the heavy rainfall persist, a Flash Flood Warning will be needed. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Stonewall, Ringgold, Heflin, Hall Summit, Keachi, Castor, Grand Cane, Jamestown, Caspiana, Mc Dade, Ninock, Elm Grove, Taylortown, Loggy Bayou, Robson, Frierson, Koran and Lake Bistineau South. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
