Where: Bath, Elliott, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery, Powell, Rowan, Lee, Morgan, and Wolfe Counties.
When: From late tonight through Sunday morning.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions can kill crops and other sensitive vegetation, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left unprotected.
