What: Temperatures as low as 37 could result in some frost formation.
Where: Barton, Rice, Russell, Harper, Kingman, and Reno Counties.
When: From 3 AM to 8 AM CDT Thursday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be damaged if left uncovered.
