Additional Details: - At 421 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Muncie, Winchester, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Prairie Creek Reservoir and Ball State University. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
