Additional Details: - At 1011 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Lawrence, Greenfield, Zionsville, Speedway, Cumberland, McCordsville, Pendleton, Fortville, Ingalls, Meridian Hills, Warren Park, Clermont, Rocky Ripple, Markleville, Wilkinson, Williams Creek and Wynnedale. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
