Description
What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, including the following counties, in north central Iowa, Butler, Cerro Gordo and Worth. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk and Bremer.
When: From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday afternoon.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Training storms and heavy rainfall may lead to an increased potential for flash flooding. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches is expected, with locally higher amounts possible.
