What: Minor flooding is occurring and will continue.
Where: Cedar River near Conesville.
When: Until late Wednesday night.
Impacts: At 14.5 feet, water affects residences along Iowa Highway 22. Water affects Hoot Owl Jct and Elder Avenue south of Iowa Highway 22.
Additional Details: - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.6 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.4 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
