The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Iowa Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Iowa River at Oakville.
When: From Thursday evening until further notice.
Impacts: At 15.0 feet, Water affects the south approach to the Iowa Highway 99 bridge near Oakville.
Additional Details: - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.7 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 14.6 feet Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
