Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of the Florida Panhandle, including the following areas, Central Walton, Coastal Gulf, Holmes, Coastal Bay, Inland Bay, Inland Gulf, North Walton, South Walton and Washington.
When: From 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning through Monday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional Details: - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected Saturday afternoon through at least early Monday morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches of rain are expected with locally higher amounts of up to 10 inches possible. This may lead to flash flooding, especially in urban and poor drainage areas. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
