Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding in poor drainage areas, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Showers with heavy downpours and a few thunderstorms may lead to flash flooding late tonight into early Sunday afternoon. Average rainfall amounts are forecast to range from 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts 3 to 5 inches possible.
