When: For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PST Wednesday. For the High Wind Watch, from late Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
Impacts: High winds may move loose debris, bring down trees, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Large inflatable holiday decorations will be blown about.
