What: Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall continues.
Where: A portion of southeast California, including the following county, Inyo.
When: Until 1130 PM PST.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 805 PM PST, flooding from earlier heavy rain in Death Valley was still ongoing. The flood waters will take several hours, or even a day or more, to recede. - This includes the following streams and drainage
S: Wet Fork Blackwater Wash, Wingate Wash, Willow Creek, Blackwater Wash, Salt Creek, Amargosa River, Darwin Wash, Lee Wash, Confidence Wash, White Sage Wash, Rhodes Wash, Deadman Pass, Emigrant Wash, Bradbury Wash, Furnace Creek Wash, Rainbow Canyon and Death Valley Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Furnace Creek, Stovepipe Wells, Shoshone, Texas Springs Campground, Panamint Springs, Death Valley Junction, Homewood Canyon-Valley Wells and Tecopa. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
