Where: Baxter, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Sharp, and Stone Counties.
When: Until 8 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
