Description
What: Heat index values up to 105-109.
Where: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.
When: Until 8 PM CDT Sunday.
Impacts: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
Recommended Action
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
