A winter storm is expected.
What:
Total snow and ice pellets accumulations of 10 to 20 centimetres over a 24-hour period.
Strong winds reaching between 50 and 70 kilometres per hour.
Blowing snow conditions resulting in significantly reduced visibilities.
Risk of freezing rain.
When: Until Thursday evening
Additional information:
Precipitation will start as snow and will be accompanied by local blowing snow. Afterwards, in some areas, snow will change over to freezing rain on Thursday afternoon.
