What: Heavy snow and winds

When: Early Tuesday morning until Wednesday morning

Where: Mainly in the municipality of Mingan and westward

Additional information: Snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 centimetres and strong winds will create storm conditions. Widespread blowing snow is expected. For Havre-Saint-Pierre, 10 to 15 centimetres of snow is forecast.
