Winter storm expected

What: Heavy snow, winds and blowing snow.

When: from this morning until Tuesday evening.

Additional information:
Snowfall amounts of 20 to 30 centimetres and strong winds will create storm conditions. Blowing snow is expected, especially on Tuesday. Freezing rain could briefly mix with snow on Monday in the Saguenay and Bas-Saint-Laurent regions.

Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate. Travel will likely be challenging.
