Description

Snow combined with strong winds and blowing snow will result in blizzard-like conditions.

Locations: Port Saunders and the Straits, and Northern Peninsula East.

Total snowfall: 20 to 35 cm.

Maximum wind gusts: northerly 110 km/h.

Time span: late Thursday afternoon until early Friday morning.

Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
