Description
Snow, ice pellets, freezing rain, and rainfall are expected.
Locations: Burin Peninsula and Connaigre.
Potential snowfall: 5 to 10 cm, except 2 cm or less over the Burin Peninsula.
Potential freezing rain duration: 2 to 4 hours.
Potential freezing rain amount: 2 to 5 mm.
Potential rainfall: 10 to 20 mm.
Time span: overnight tonight until Friday morning.
Remarks: A period of quickly accumulating snow, followed by ice pellets and freezing rain, is expected to develop overnight tonight before a changeover to rain on Thursday morning.
