Description

Significant precipitation in western Manitoba has caused water levels to exceed channel capacity in areas along the Pembina River, north of Killarney, resulting in minor to major flooding. Water levels that have exceeded channel capacity can be expected to flood adjacent areas, agricultural fields and infrastructure in the area.

Recommended Action

Be aware and exercise caution near waterways in the affected area. Do not attempt to cross fast flowing waters or waters of unknown depth. Avoid flooded areas.
