Freezing rain on the way

What: A period of freezing rain with ice pellets

When: overnight Monday night.

Additional information:
A period of snow will precede the freezing rain. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 centimetres followed by ice accretion amounts of 3 to 5 millimetres are expected. The freezing rain will change to rain near the coast on Tuesday morning.

Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Local utility outages are possible.
