Strong west to northwesterly winds are expected to develop Wednesday afternoon in Tuktoyaktuk and Thursday morning in Aklavik. These strong winds combined with falling snow will give low visibility in blowing snow and likely blizzard conditions. Winds will weaken Thursday evening.
