Significant snowfall is expected over parts of the Trans-Labrador Highway.

Locations: Trans-Labrador Highway from Red Bay to Lodge Bay.

Total snowfall: 10 to 20 cm.

Time span: today.

Remarks: The heaviest snowfall will occur over higher terrain with much less along the coast where temperatures will be milder and precipitation may change to periods of drizzle or rain showers. Additional snowfall is possible tonight and Tuesday, but is not expected to be significant.
