Description

Freezing rain expected today. Locations: central and southern New Brunswick except Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County. Freezing rain duration: 4 to 8 hours. Total freezing rain amounts: 5 to 10 mm. Time span: spreading from west to east during the day, ending tonight. Remarks: Freezing rain will change to rain this afternoon or evening as temperatures rise above zero. There will also be a period of snow and ice pellets before the freezing rain. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Locations: parts of the Fundy coastal regions of New Brunswick.

Time span: ending overnight tonight.

Remarks: Precipitation will start as snow and freezing over most areas. Ensure storm drains and gutters are clear of ice and debris to reduce localized flooding.
