Description

Update: This is an advisory to take precautionary measures. Overland Flood Advisory – Keeseekoose & Cote First Nations and surrounding area due to heavy rainfall. Water is moving across the ground as it cannot soak in or drain away. Flooding is affecting highways and community roads, some impassable. Hazardous conditions may continue, creating dangerous situations for travelers and residents. This advisory remains in effect until further notice.

Recommended Action

Residents should follow the no-travel advisory and avoid unnecessary travel. If you encounter flooded roads, TURN AROUND—do not attempt to cross, as assistance will not be available. Stay away from low-lying areas and monitor local authorities and SaskAlert for updates.
