Where: Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Red Cliff Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island.
When: Until noon CST Tuesday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Use caution while traveling. Wear appropriate clothing including a hat and gloves.
