Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 116 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Mifflinburg due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Mifflinburg, Carroll, Woodward, Lamar, Aaronsburg, Rebersburg, Vicksburg, R.B. Winter State Park, Laurelton Center, Weikert, Sand Bridge State Park, Forest Hill, Spruce Run Reservoir, Mackeyville, Loganton, Hartleton and McCall Dam State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ALLOWED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 646 TO EXPIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN PENNSYLVANIA THIS ALLOWS TO EXPIRE 11 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA CAMERON CENTRE CLEARFIELD CLINTON ELK LYCOMING MCKEAN POTTER SULLIVAN TIOGA WARREN THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BRADFORD, CLEARFIELD, COUDERSPORT, DUBOIS, EMPORIUM, LAPORTE, LOCK HAVEN, MANSFIELD, RENOVO, RIDGWAY, ST. MARYS, STATE COLLEGE, WARREN, WELLSBORO, AND WILLIAMSPORT. THE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION HAVE DECREASED IN INTENSITY AND WILL PRESENT PRIMARILY A HEAVY RAIN THREAT WITH PERIODS OF FREQUENT LIGHTNING FOR THE REST OF THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
