What: Existing water from heavy rainfall last week is routing through the streams, rivers and lakes. Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers.
Where: A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Missaukee and Wexford.
When: Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded and roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
