What: Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
Where: Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, and southeastern Massachusetts, and northern and southern Rhode Island.
When: Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
