Description
What: Sub-freezing temperatures 27 to 32 degrees. A hard freeze is possible from Craters of the Moon to Mud Lake.
Where: Eastern Magic Valley, Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, and Upper Snake River Plain.
When: From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Sunday.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Recommended Action
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
