Where: San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire.
When: Until 8 PM PDT this evening.
Impacts: Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult for high profile vehicles.
Recommended Action
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
