Very cold wind chill values between minus 45 and minus 50 will moderate this afternoon. However, some communities are expected to see wind chills near minus 45 again tonight.

Watch for cold related symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes.
