Description

Potentially difficult winter conditions

What:
- Reduced or even nil visibilities in snow and blowing snow
- Local snowfall accumulations of up to 15 centimetres

When: Until late in the day.

Where: Lower North Shore.

Additional information:
Heavy flurries accompanied by moderate to strong winds and blowing snow could develop today. These could occur repeatedly and lead to sudden whiteout conditions.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.

Snow squall watches are issued when localized, intense snowfall causing rapid accumulation and/or reduced visibility is possible.
