Remarks: While precipitation is expected to fall mainly as rain, a period of accumulating snow may occur at first over higher terrain. Rain and mild temperatures will lead to melting snow and rising water levels in streams, creating a risk of localized flooding.

Watch for slippery conditions where rain falls on frozen surfaces. Clear snow and ice away from storm drains and catch basins to help reduce the pooling of water.
