Wednesday and Thursday are shaping up to be ideal days for getting outside. Most of southern Ontario will be above 5°C on Wednesday and many approach the 10-degree mark on Thursday.

"Thursday and Friday should feature pleasant early spring weather with a mix of sun and clouds and temperatures approaching double digits," said Weather Network meteorologist Dr. Doug Gillham.

Cool weather is expected to then return next weekend and near seasonal or cooler than seasonal temperatures will dominate the following week, Gillham adds.
