Your next snack attack should probably just be water. Health expert explains why.

You may find yourself constantly going to the refrigerator during quarantine, and yes, it may be a habit of boredom, but it could also mean you are dehydrated.

"When your body's normal fluid levels drop a little bit, it can send mixed signals to the body that make you think you're hungry," says Holistic Nutritionist Diane Murphy.
